  • Once your first set of aligners arrives, you will wear them for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only when eating, drinking, or cleaning your teeth.
  • Every two weeks, you will transition to a fresh set of aligners, each one moving your teeth closer to their final position.
  • Every few months, you will visit our office so Dr. Josh can monitor your progress and fine-tune your treatment plan as needed.
