How Does Invisalign® Work?

Your journey to a straighter smile begins with a personal consultation with Dr. Josh, who will thoroughly examine your teeth and recommend the orthodontic solution that best fits your unique needs. If Invisalign® is the right choice for you, here is what you can expect:

  • Dr. Josh will take detailed impressions of your teeth and develop a customized treatment plan, which is then submitted directly to the Invisalign® labs for fabrication.
  • Once your first set of aligners arrives, you will wear them for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only when eating, drinking, or cleaning your teeth.
  • Every two weeks, you will transition to a fresh set of aligners, each one moving your teeth closer to their final position.
  • Every few months, you will visit our office so Dr. Josh can monitor your progress and fine-tune your treatment plan as needed.

With each new set of aligners, you will be one step closer to the confident, beautiful smile you have always wanted. The process is straightforward, comfortable, and designed to work around your lifestyle.
